Delivery time

After you have placed an order, we will ensure that your order is delivered as quickly as possible. Do you order before 3 p.m.? We will then ship your order the same day.

In general, please allow 1-2 business days for shipping.

Postage costs

The standard shipping costs are €4.95.

Shipping is free for orders over €35.00.

Our Christmas packages are excluded from this rule.

Not at home at the time of delivery

Were you not at home at the time of delivery? In that case, GLS always leaves a note with information in the letterbox.

The easiest thing to do is to grab the track and trace you received for your order. Here you will find all the up-to-date information about your order.

Delivery method and packaging

We send our packages with GLS. We allow 1 to 2 working days for delivery. You will always receive a clear track and trace immediately after your order has been placed.

We always ensure that our products are adequately packaged so that they arrive at the delivery address in good condition.

Shipping to another address

Do you want to have a gift delivered to someone? Then place the order as you normally would, but adjust the delivery address to the address of the recipient of your gift.

Shipping abroad

Do you want to send your package abroad? We can also arrange this for you. Please note that higher shipping costs apply when shipping to countries other than the Netherlands and Belgium.

Problems with delivery or the product?

Are you experiencing problems with the product or the delivery of your order? We can be reached every working day for questions regarding delivery or your ordered product. We are available for you on working days from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Returns Policy

You can return products without personalization up to 14 days after receiving your order. The shipping costs of the return package are at your own expense.

After we have received and accepted your return, the purchase amount will be refunded to your bank account within a few working days.

  • Personalized products can only be returned if there is a demonstrable production error on the delivered product.

Sustainability is our top priority. Thanks to our partnership with GLS, we ship all packages completely CO2 neutral.

Personalizing products

With many products it is possible to add a personal message to the product. This can be in the form of a print, sticker, message, card, etc.

The page of a product always describes how a product can be personalized. In addition, there is also a handy design tool on the product page if the product can be personalized. This tool allows you to leave a design and/or message immediately when ordering.

Payment options

You can pay for our products in different ways. We offer the following payment options:

  • IDeal
  • PayPal
  • Credit card
  • Google Pay
  • Apple Pay


It is not possible to pay afterwards for Online Gifts. When you order a product, you immediately make the payment in full.

Discount codes and gift vouchers

Are you the lucky owner of a discount code and/or gift voucher? You enter this discount code or gift voucher when paying for your order, the last step in the online ordering process.


When your order has been delivered, you will automatically receive the order invoice in the mailbox with which your order was placed. So you do not have to request this from us.
